All staff were so helpful ! So friendly. Very happy to recommend this hotel, even the bar prices are cheaper than other bars, entertainment is excellent, food is great! Housekeeping team are so nice. My wife and I genuinely look forward to our next visit ☺️

Good selection of food except breakfast cereal was poor, no muesli, wheetabix, branflakes or albran, porridge was very thin like milk every day. Cakes and desserts were much the same every day, and cinnamon overpowered many deserts that they were not edible. The salads were excellent. I have had much better food in a 3 star hotel

The breakfast and cleanliness. Location would be good, but unfortunately we were given a room at the back, right next to a bulding site: the hotel is expanding and for the next year and a half there will be construction noise, starting at 07.30 h in the morning!

Lovely property but parking was not on site and cost €15 per day and had to park at the casino. Then bring the parking card back for €10 deposit refund. Not advised of this when booking. Also not really a spa as no treatments available even though when chatted with virtual assistant said I could book treatments at the hotel?
