All the meals were fantastic, we only stayed one night as we were meeting up with family for one night, I even had a birthday balloon, card and lollipops in our room on arrival, a lovely surprise. Entertainment (Roberto) was really fun.

Everything was perfect, the staff are the best, the he rooms where so clean, breakfast was perfect every morning, we decided to stay for dinner one night and this was so nice , nothing is too much trouble, looking forward to coming back next year,

Good lounge area and outdoor seating patio; plenty of beds at pool; good breakfast; located near beach and Old town. All Staff were very friendly and helpful and acknowledged you as you passed reception.

The hotel was clean with good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were booked in for half board meaning evening meal and breakfast. As we were already booked for an evening meal elsewhere they allowed us to change our evening meal to lunch which was very helpful.

Spacious room with all the amenities required for a short stay. The staff including Jaime were great and always on hand if required, a real asset to the hotel! The check out time is convenient.

Good 4 star hotel in a quiet but still central corner of Benidorm. Garage in the hotel, friendly staff and good pool. All amenities you would expect from such a hotel

a well-located hotel, with tasty but unsophisticated meals. The hotel allowed you to buy meals in any configuration, which was great. In the evening there was live music and interesting integration games for adults based on common knowledge, and champagne was prized in the games.
