coffee was ok location of hotel was good also great view from balcony on to sea front also near old town staff was spot on all made us welcome

Excellent staff at reception, great location, beds very comfortable, room was nicely laid out with some english speaking channels on the tv. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Juan and Pilli were exceptionally friendly and also remembered us from our visit in may. Room was cleaned every day and clean towels daily,lovely fresh smell after cleaning. Food was a lot better this time and the new restaurant manager was excellent.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in in Benidorm....superb location...perfect room with balcony overlooking the sea and beach...very clean ....good choice of food....staff very nice and helpful without being over imposing...I would recommend the Hotel Montemar. 100%
