Loved this hotel and as a frequent visitor to Benidorm I have to say this is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and has the most amazing staff who go out of there way to help

Room and View were brilliant. We were on 17th floor looking out to see. The Barr on the 20th floor is amazing. Did find it a little expensive and staff not friendly at all, borderline rude. Staff everywhere else in the hotel very friendly. The hotel smells divine too.

Good service from the time we arrive until the time we left. The reception staff were warm and friendly which followed through to all other members of staff.

Location is fabulous. We have stayed several times, as we like Hotel so much. We stay in El Campello, so 45 mins on tram, fabulous.
