We were upgraded to a fabulous room, which was practically brand new. It was ultra clean and super comfortable. The female working the bar was very friendly and made excellent cocktails at really reasonable prices. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful and, again, the staff were hardworking and polite. The best hotel room we've stayed in, in Benidorm.
