The office is not always open, especially closed Saturday afternoon and Sunday and holidays all day. If you need to check in then, you can ask them to leave the key in a key box (if all is paid). You need to prepay through a bank link which comes across as scammy but it is legitimate. The keyboxes are to the left from the office door. You get the code to open. My building, Gemelos 20 torre 2 was on the left of the office. Torre 1 is on the right. I didn't understand some parking details so here are some tips: Entrance to the underground parking is on Calle Lepanto, the first gate on the left. You can open the first gate with one of the blue keys. Then on the left is a white square on the ground with a box on the wall. Hold the thick blue key in front of the box (there's a chip inside I guess), it will open the 2nd gate. The office will provide you with a number of the parking stall. You will need the same blue key to use the elevator from the parking garage. The apartment is nice. It has a good balcony, stocked kitchen, washing machine, microwave and full oven. Good for short or longer stay. It is minutes walk to the beach and close to all the bars, if that's your thing. There is a TV. Pool is closed in the winter starting from November. They offered me clean sheets and towels after a week. I washed them myself. Small drying rack is on the balcony. There is heating and also A/C.

Good central location, apartment are clean and tidy, beds could be a bit more comfortable but would stay again as the location is right next to the strip where all the nightlife is.

This is a beautiful property. very clean throughout. Prime location, shops, supermarkets and local bars and restaurants on your door step. the views from this apartment were absolutely breathe taking. the pools and pool areas were spotless and lovely. everyone’s around was very polite, never heard anyone. We stayed her with a young child and it was so secure and safe. also has a lift in the building to take you up to your floor. this is a brilliant property and couldn’t recommend it more. Keys we’re easy to collect and apartment was two minutes from there. I will definitely be staying again!!! very spacious aswell. beds and rooms were all clean and lovely.
