from Sunday to Wednesday: from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
from Thursday to Saturday: from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
*Outside reception hours, guests must check-in at the self-service kiosk located at the entrance of the property.
*The kiosk only accepts card payments.
The establishment has a security service from 00:00 to 08:00.
Pets are allowed at 2Sleep-Benidorm. Service animals are also allowed.
Guests traveling with pets (dogs and cats: up to 10kg max.) must pay a supplement of EUR 12 per pet per night (includes: feeder, drinker and bed for the pet).
*A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room.
Only pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg are allowed. Pets must be supervised at all times.
A pet deposit of EUR 100/studio (cash or card) will be required to cover possible damages. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, once the good condition of the accommodation has been verified.

Great location 5min from beach, super market, shops and transport to other places. Clean room ,comfy bed, good shower and quiet at night. Also had a lift . We could use pool at sister hotel.

The location was fantastic. check in was excellent.. Big enough for 2 people coridoors and lift clean and bright. Flat had every thing you needed. You can use the sister hotel for swimming pool etc. Had a sunlounger roof top space with shower facilities

Location was fantastic, right in the middle of the old town, apartment very clean and everything we required was in the apartment, would recommend and will be back

The location is fantastic- middle of the Old Town ! Simple, clean modern apartments. Plenty of crockery, Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, 2 ring cooker. Powerful enclosed shower. Good powerful shower, small deep bath! Short few hundred meter walk to the beach front. Short stroll to Tapas Ally & The Mediterranean Balcony ! You can use the facilities at the sister Hotel - The Benidorm Plaza - pool, bar, restaurant etc!
