Please note that keys must be collected from the Nuevhogar office open from 09:30AM until 5PM Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours please inform about arrival time. The keys will be in a safety box next to the office. The client will be sent a code to open it. Check-in and payment must be completed prior to arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location was excellent, the fact there was a washing machine was great as we could do our washing daily. Only seen one male member of staff who was always pleasant and happy to help.
