Fabulous location, really good apartment with all the facilities you would need (including washing up liquid and washing capsule for the washing machine) with plenty of supermarkets around for basics such as coffee/tea/water. The only thing it could benefit from is a full length mirror. We arrived late and trying to find the apartment was hard work as google maps took us nearer the presidente hotel and the sign with the apartment number is quite small and from across the street is hidden by tree branches. If staying here note it is the gate to the right of the toy planet store. Would definitely stay here again, 10 minutes walk to the beach and the old town so easy to get around.
