Please note that keys must be collected from the Nuevhogar office open from 09:30AM until 5PM Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours please inform about arrival time. The keys will be in a safety box next to the office. The client will be sent a code to open it. Check-in and payment must be completed prior to arrival.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The apartments were great for what we look for in a holiday, value for money, very central,nice large south facing balcony overlooking the pool. Staff were very quick to answer any questions, I mostly contacted them via txt. We stayed a week, will be booking again.

It was close to the market and the Benidorm Palace exactly where we wanted to be. Big swimming pool, beds comfortable, enough equipment in kitchen if you want to cook on a hob / microwave. Big fridge and small freezer. Hot water available all the time. Easy access and parking available next door. Large balcony with table, chairs and dryer.

Very good price and location close to the main strip of bars/restaurants and not too far from the beach. The pool was very clean and the water was a good temperature too!

Location is close to new town. I would prefer to be in old town but I wasn't to know as I had never visited before but it was an easy walk. Area/apartment is nice and quiet at night.

This is the second time my friend and I have stayed in this apartment block. It is near enough to all the entertainment places, but far enough to escape the noise.
