Bad: The noise outside at all ours of the night on the street, The beds in your hotel are very uncomfortable! Also, air-conditioning! there was none, and they wouldn't put it on either! Balcony glass doesn't look safe to me the way it's put into the wall. Good: great price, access to the beach, the food was superb, the rooms were excellently designed, the shower was great, the staff were nice, the beer was a good price. The building is lovely, the entertainment was good. Everything was extremely clean. We enjoyed ourselves.

The spa is wonderful, excellent breakfast, clean tidy rooms, only issue was the air conditioning, but very helpful with supplying a fan

Location right in the middle of nightlife and short walk to seafront and beaches. Two bars, Tropical and Explorer Bar, entertainment every night 7 days a week, 3 different acts in each bar. Buffet restaurant with plenty to suit all tastes.

Hotel lovely. If you want tea and coffee replacing in your room you have to pay €5. Staff good. Small fridge, t.v and hairdryer so decent facilities. Entertainment good. ROAD AWFUL... offered drugs openly every day. Lots of stag parties and very drunken groups. Such a shame as been coming to benidorm for years but would never stay in this location again. Tacky!
