Location for my purpose was excellent. Had a "foodmart" next door. "Staff" category above was marked down a bit because I never met any! All guidance/instructions were by text msg. Don't know what would have happened if I didn't have a phone!

Location for us was fine. as we had our own transport. We only wanted a bed for a couple of nights. We are experienced travelers and work on the assumption that a motel is only somewhere to sleep, not a resort! Based on this assumption, all the rooms, looked like they had been recently refurbished and ours was spotlessly clean. The bath room, shower alcove and toilet are small but we are only average to small bodied people, so we coped. Our room was set up nicely with TV, fridge, air conditioner, tea & coffee facilities, cutlery, microwave and toaster plus ample LED Lighting & electric blankets on our comfortable queen size bed. It was quite OK for the money

Contactless check-in. Room was comfy, not noticeably dirty. I didn't hear my neighbours in their room (though maybe they were just quiet...) Various streaming services available on the TV. Foodary next door. Hand soap, moisturiser, shaving cream, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner all provided.

Room was nicely furnished and clean. Well equipped with Microwave, fridge and Kettle, iron, hairdryer... AND dishwashing supplies!! Online CheckIn and doors to the rooms with a code. So really no staff visible to talk to. Rooms were made up every day and fresh towels provided as well as coffee etc. refilled. First impression was a bit of an "ooops" from the outside.... rooms were of a good space and nicely furnished... except for the armchairs which were quire worn out.

Checking in was a quick and easy process with a self-serve kiosk. The bed was comfortable and the room was well set up. Great value facilities in a no frills motel.
