I liked the place. It is very quiet and peaceful. The owner was courteous and helpful. The staff have maintained the premises and the rooms very well. I would highly recommend thus place to all.

Mr. Domnic(Owner of the property) is very very helpful person. He arranged our early checked in. Arranged bike for us. The property maintained very well & they are detailed for every need in the room for long stayer. We are quite happy with our stay and highly recommend for everyone.

We had booked just for 1 night aa were attending an event. We fell in love with place , everything, I mean everything. We had a 1 Bedroom Hall for us , and Dominic had every detail taken care of .In fact though we live in North Goa, we plan to come again here and book for more nights

The staffs were friendly and arranged everything we requested for. Its a little far from the beach which is a limitation. Other than this it was a good stay.

The place was absolutely great! Beautiful property. The swimming pool is small but deep enough to swim and nice to lounge in. The apartment was large, spacious and well ventilated. The property is at the end of a nice tree laden lane and away from traffic and other tourists. But there are shops and restaurants close by within walking distance. Quiet and a lot of privacy.

The location is close to the beach and the caretaker is extremely sweet and helpful. There is a small pool and the view is beautiful.
