Location is excellent, unmatchable, quality of food also good. But outsorced staff of restorant has to be polite. Spy one afe old man is v mych rude.

The best part is the location of this porperty. It's right next to the much less-crowded (compared to other beaches) Benaulim beach. The view from the room (sea-view room) was awesome! Room was clean, with fridge and tv (with prime video subscription). The staff were great. A restaurant is there within the premises (and many just outside) which remains open till late hours.

All staff supper accommodating and professional, and facilities are great. We got upgraded to a beautiful spacious room after the first night, since our initial cottage was right behind the restaurant kitchen and it felt a bit noisy. The rest of the cottages seem lovely, surrounded by the greenery and right next to the beach. Many restaurants around, we didn’t get a chance to check out the one onsite but really enjoyed Zumbrai nearby.
