Lovely large clean airy room with a balcony. The fan kept the room plenty cool enough. The kettle was a bonus. A decent hot shower. Really good value for money. Peaceful location. 40 min walk to beach (which is amazing)

Overall our stay was very good , very reasonable rates compared around south Goa, owned and managed by Goan local owner with North Indian staff,always ready to help and have good local knowledge , the rooms were neat and clean , it was 4 kms from Madgoan railway station . The a/c studios were spacious and equipped with all aminities.

The kitchen was equipped, the hosts were very supportive and welcoming. The rooms were clean and good. The rooms had small attached washrooms. The parking was spacious enough. Amazing stay experience. Very nearby to the Benaulim beach. Nearby general stores or any stores around and very nearby. Alcohol stores are nearby as well. The stay also had fridge.

Room was clean and best for couples and family. It was very safe as the owner was very helpful. They gave us 2 soaps, 2 shampoos and towels with clean blanket. I didnt worry for hidden cameras. Totally safe.
