Very quiet clean, great location close to beach, bus stops, and beautiful La Paloma Park. Large pool area with lots of sun lounges. Most staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was very seamless to extend our stay. We hope to return

The staff couldnt help you enough. We were only staying one night and they kept our bags as we had a late flight on next day. The apartments were good size.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Also, looks like there are lot of things to do in hotel area. There was plenty of space to park our car. Unfortunately, our apartment didn't looked like photos at all. We were given room with accessibility upgrades, but we didn't needed any of that, therefore shower didn't had any glass barriers and water splashed everywhere. No balcony - we had terrace, but it was facing common areas, therefore we didn't felt comfortable using it (no privacy), since everyone attending pool and other activities were passing by.. and we couldn't enjoy morning sun on balcony like we planned (there's no sun on terrace either). Also, there was planned electricity shortage for few hours and none of the employees warned us about this in advance.

We liked the area and what it had to offer. Unfortunately for us the weather was rainy almost every day. Would have been a better experience.

Our room was new and we it was upgraded, which was really nice surprise. Room was decorated nicely and it had everything you need for longer stay (possibility to wash laundry, cook small dinners etc), and it was really nice that there was a few portions of coffee and coffee filters waiting for us for the first mornings. It also felt hotel takes sustainability really seriously and it was nice to see that in the room there was good recycling possibilities and it was nice surprise that tap water was drinkable. Hotels own grocery store has all basic things available. We liked our beds, and wifi was also good.

The apartment was very spacious. Nice environment and good food at the restaurant. Staff at the reception and at the restaurant really know how to deal and interact with guests.
