Great communication with Catherine from the business who runs the apartment. It's really easy to find the apartment in this huge complex. Only a studio but much bigger than I expected. The complimentary tea/coffee was a surprise and very welcomed. Great location to the beach and transport links. The late check-out was very helpful for our evening flight.

THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, THE POOL IS FANTASTIC, THE VIEW EXCEPTIONAL. BENAL BEACH "THE PROPERTY" WAS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. BOOKING A TAXI FOR AN EARLY MORNING FLIGHT AT RECEPTION WAS SIMPLE.

Property is excellent value and in a superb location. The complex is quite frankly incredible for kids. We are planning to return. Also feels mega secure.

The service - all our queries were answered before and during our visit. For Eg, we asked about access, and it was explained to us about ramps, hills, etc. Everything was as promised.. Any what's app contact from us was answered immediately We locked ourselves out of our safe and sent a what's app, and someone arrived at our door within 10 mins Cleanliness - so clean throughout the complex and our apartment Bed - superior quality and comfortable Views were amazing After checking out, our cases were kept in the office until we were ready to go to the airport

Close to the beach, restaurants and local amenities. Good transport networks nearby, Keys collected from reception with pool passes, pool area is lovely good for kids. Pass supplies for outside gates to gain access on an evening. Room has everything needed for self catering.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you need. Also, in the shower the water got warm immediately, had good water pressure, and never ran out of hot water. Normal bed was quite comfortable, and the pull-out sofa bed was fine for the kids, maybe an adult would be uncomfortable. We loved the location, right next to the beach and park as well as so many great restaurants nearby. Parking was quite easy in May, but I imagine more complicated in July or August, just beware of the trees. They left my car disgusting, between the sap and tree residue and the birds. The pools and slides were great and some open in May but honestly we were too cold to really enjoy. Everyone else was enjoying though.
