Guests will receive confirmation of the hotel assigned when checking in at Holiday World Resort.Please note the beachfront water park is free of charge for guest with an all-inclusive meal plan. Guests with other meal plans can access this facility for an extra charge.When booking Full board, please note that drinks are not included.Please note that there is a new access system for clients to the hotel. Clients will receive a digital RFID wristband increasing the security, comfort and accessibility of our guests during their stay.Wristbands will incur a deposit per wristband. Guests will pay a deposit for each bracelet that will be returned to them upon departure. It is established that the deposit is €25 per bracelet, so for a reservation of 2 adults and 2 children the deposit will be €100. In case of loss of the bracelet, the client pays with the deposit for the lost bracelet, but for the new bracelet the deposit will become €50 per bracelet.In accordance with Law 11/2021, of 9th July, on measures to prevent and combat tax fraud, cash payments equal to or greater than €1,000 or their equivalent in foreign currency, or cash payments equal to or greater than €10,000 or their equivalent in foreign currency will not be accepted when the payer is an individual who can prove that they are not resident for tax purposes in Spain and are not acting in their capacity as a businessperson or professional.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Pool was excellent for everyone and quite safe, the room was spacious with a good view and very comfortable, the food was very good and suited everyones needs,I personally liked the breakfast best.

It's one of the most impressive and high valued resort I've ever stayed. The place is gigantic spread across 7 floors out of which 5 are rooms and 3 floors used for reception, restaurants, bars, children activities, spa, sauna, beauty treatments, cinema, and many many more. It's like a huge, super luxury Palace that we couldn't even explore in 5 days and continued to surprise us every day. The interior decoration is eye popping. There's a huge interior lake on floor -2. There are numerous waterfalls and fountains all over the other floors that are matched with huge chunky wooden pillars and countless glass lifts rising from all corners of the floors. It's so easy to get lost in this dreamworld of perfection, superior interior and opulance that you feel that you've arrived at another dimension. Thank you Polynesia for making our special occasion extra special.

Beautiful family orientated hotel. Ideal for a family holiday! Lovely facilities, all you could want in a resort! You really wouldn’t have to leave the resort of you didn’t want to as it has everything you need with the water park available!
