Great location, staff super friendly, resort is huge but easy to access and get around. For the time of year it was great really. Buffet was nice but sometimes slightly cold. Still it was nice.

The resort is very family friendly and there were a lot of other young families on holiday while there. The rooms are spacious and it was great to have separate bedroom and living room area. It is great that the spa allows children in the morning although you do have to pay additionally for adults and kids over 3.

12-15 Feb 25 All inclusive. The lobby is beautiful when you walk in with the waterfall/rainforest look & the fish at the bottom of the waterfall. All the staff are friendly & very helpful from the front desk to the bar & restaurant staff. The food was nice with plenty of choice, there's also some fresh fruit but also from a can, maybe if was out of season or maybe that's not the reason. The room was lovely, comfortable beds & plenty of room, we also had a large balcony with a slight view of the sea. There is a soft play for the kids as well as a kids club & entertainment for them in the evening aswell. There's also a games room but not for free with pool tables etc & they also have 4 lanes of bowling 😉 😀 They have a spa a little overpriced for us, but it may not be for others. No kids aloud in the indoor spa pool in the afternoon, only mornings. From this hotel it's about 1 hour drive & you can visit Gibraltar 🇬🇮 it's a must visit destination. Just make sure you bring your passport as it is a different country 😉

everything was excellent,, perfect place, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff. Our room had everything you would need with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Would certainly recommend the resort to everyone we know. thank you.
