We liked the rustic charm or the farmstay. Rural location on a coconut farm. Sweet manufacturing next to the rooms, was interesting. Family run. Great hosts. About 12 rooms. Separate shower and toilet block. Good food. Reasonable prices. Bicycles and kayaks. Nice walks. Hammocks to chill on. Ben tre is a nice town too. Good market. Quite smart in the new centre.

Really beautiful place which felt a real escape after HCMC. Facilities are basic as you’d expect, but it was very comfortable - mosquito net worked well and we weren’t too hot at night with the fan. Owner is extremely helpful - we left something valuable there and he has been great in attempting to return it to us. Food was good, free water and coffee (in the mornings) a bonus.

Calm, relaxing nature around, coconut candy and kayak tour. Free bike rental so it's possible to visit around. They have little dogs which are really cute

the home stay is in the middle of a coconut plantation surrounded by water canals, it gives the impression to be in the core of the Mekong intimate environment. It is basic but very comfortable and furnished with style, a cosy veranda and tempting hammocks. It is very quite. The welcoming is very nice with Chi and her family being dedicated with advice and delicious cooking, and guided tours if requested, and hosting you as the best friend, what you may feel being in the end.

We were looking for a non-touristy experience. We found ourselves among canals and mangroves, palm roofs, and fireflies. We immediately asked the owners, who were extraordinarily kind, if we could stay one more night. We used the canoes to explore the canals up to the river and the bicycles to visit the market (which is an authentic, local one). Absolutely recommended!

This place is great for keep away from city. A little boring for those who like activities. The food was delicious and cheap. My family will get back if having chance. Thank you for great treating.

The staff at Ba Danh are so kind and helpful. We loved our stay here and really enjoyed the opportunity to get to know the family. All food is INCREDIBLE, make sure to eat here. The candies, teas, coffees are such a welcome touch. We cannot wait to come visit Ba Danh again. Cảm ơn rất nhiều

Gorgeous homestay with coconut palms all around. Rooms have no AC , but the rooms have fans and honestly was no problem. The cooks at this homestay are very talented. They made vegetarian meals for me and they were the best I had in Vietnam. We chose this homestay to use their kayaks, river was absolutely gorgeous. 10/10 amazing place! Consider taking the Mekong zigzag motorcycle tour through Ben Tre. They picked us up from the homestay. You see so much and it was one of the best tours we did in Vietnam. I don’t think we saw another tourist on this tour.
