The fine print
Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card holder needs to be present and the credit card needs to match the one used to guarantee the booking. In case the booking is done by another cardholder, other than the guest, we will need proof such as: a credit card copy (recto/verso) of the cardholder, a correspondence of the cardholder allowing us to use their credit card and ID card/passport of the cardholder.Room rates on 24 December include a Christmas gala dinner and the rates on 31 December include a New Years gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.As per section 5 of the "The financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laudering Act":"any person who makes or accepts any payment in cash in excess of 500,000 rupees or an equivalent amount in foreign currency shall commit and offence. Section 8. of the same Act Provides that any person who commit such an offence shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 2 million rupees and to penal servitude for a term not exceeding 10 years.

Staff was really kind and helpful. They really go out of their way to make your stay as memorable as possible. There is an entertainment program every day and a lot of free activities that you can do on the beach. We really liked the food as well. All in all they made us feel at home and we will definitely be returning when we come back to Mauritius!

The resort itself is really beautiful. It sometimes appears like there are more staff than guests in the sense of it feeling that there is always someone available to assist you and they are really friendly. We never waited long for food or drinks. The amenities are great and its lovely having so many things you can entertain yourself with, from relaxing on the beach to playing tennis and other games. We loved our time at the spa. The room was really large and the bed was comfortable.

Beautiful resort in belle mare. Layout and infrastructure are extremely good. Rooms are spacious, bright & very charming. Very friendly staff aswell.

Huge pool and pretty beach and bay for swimming. Good lunch options - beach cabana, buffet, and Italian a la carte. All inclusive was good value for money.

The Indigo Restaurant bus service staff were great especially Sheila and Rati who go out of their way to assist guests. The beaches are fabulous and the lounging chairs great.

Very warm welcome from the reception team especially from Deepak who walked us to our room and was always helpful to sort any minor issues to ensure a stress free vacation.Bar staff very helpful and cheerful especially Aza who was very popular with all the guests. Housekeeping was superb throughout our stay with Visambal creating birthday and bedroom floral displays. The food was of the highest quality and choice throughout our stay with great service provided by all staff .

The resort is beautiful with water sport activities available. The rooms were clean & comfortable and excellent room service. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They have a taxi service on the resort.
