The villa is great, has a wonderful view from the rooms, the rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need. The hosts are wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. There is also parking included which is a big plus. We stayed in the winter however I can imagine with the pool during summer, this would be a 10 out of 10.

The view is absolutely amazing and the showstopper of this accommodation! The room was very comfortable, good amenities and nice size. Comfy bed. Good en suite. Breakfast was great! Marco was very friendly and helpful, responsive to messages and kindly picked us up from the ferry terminal when we arrived.

Wonderful location at the top of the hill above Bellagio. Great views of sunset over Lake Como. Breakfast served on the patio. Rooftop pool and loungers. 10 minute walk into town. Marco and Andrea did everything they could to make me feel welcome.

Everything. The location with the view was amazing the rooms were big and had all you need. The owner Andrea was extremely nice and helpful. We didn't try the pool because it was too cold but it looked really tempting. The breakfast with the view on the terrace was super nice. We had a free parking spot we had booked in advance. It was perfect. It's super close to Bellagio center but on the way back up to the villa it's a lot of stairs. We didn't mind but someone who's not very fit might find it a bit tiring. They can take it slowly though.. the place is totally worth it.

We had the best time ever! The hosts were exceptional, friendly and told us about the local area , they even picked us up from the ferry port when we arrived. Breakfast was served on the patio every morning and we were invited for homemade lasagne which was delicious! The view from the villa is breathtaking. Would highly recommend.

Stunning view of the lake. Loved the peace and quiet. Marco and Andrea were very friendly and helpful. Loved the Caprese salads and meat & cheese platters!

The most incredible views, great pool and lounge area, massive modern and clean rooms. Great family run villa. The Hosts Andrea and Marco were incredibly nice and welcoming and I can’t thank them enough. They picked us up from the ferry and then dropped us off when we were leaving. Andrea also went out of his way to drive me to the pharmacy to get treatment for some bad mosquito bites. Great location, 10 minute walk from centre (although lots of big steps up to villa so be prepared for that) Perfect for a romantic getaway - i rented a boat a short walk from the villa and proposed to my girlfriend on the lake. Couldn’t be happier with the location and views. The included breakfast was brilliant too, and was great to sit outside and eat every morning taking in the views. We had a wonderful stay here. The lovely owners were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast is delicious and it was a treat to enjoy it on our patio each morning with views of the Lake. The lunch platters that can be purchased are delicious too and we also enjoyed some local wine during our stay. The pool area is gorgeous and the apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. We cannot wait to return to Villa La Rosa again one day!
