Really good location, close to Bellagio and beautiful views across the Lake. The apartment is very clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable. Everything you need for a self catering stay is provided and there is a Supermarket close by for essentials. Hosts Alfonso and Elena provided lots of useful information before we arrived and made sure we were able to access the apartment easily on arrival day.

This was a ‘wow factor’ apartment which had brilliant views from both balconies and all other rooms. Specification of fitting and fitments was high, and the property was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Alfonso was very responsive to any messages and the guidance book he provides means you do not need anything else. The setting feels very private, secure and exclusive and we will definitely return.

The apartment is a haven from the bustle of the main centre of Bellagio. We could sightsee and then spend a quiet evening at the apartment enjoying the breathtaking views of Lake Como

Our hosts were very responsive and provided well explained instructions for accessing and staying in the property. It was a lovely open space, great air conditioning and the kitchen is really well equipped. We wanted for nothing! Beautiful views from areas of this unit but stunning view from the pool. Bellagio itself is one of my favourite towns in Italy! We loved our stay here very much and could’ve easily stayed a week. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location, wonderful view over the lake. The hosts, Alfonso and Elena, were so service-minded and solved our small problems. The small little garden was perfect for toddlers to run around in.
