Fantastic location, we had a lake view from our room. Added bonus of being able to use the Hotel facilities, swimming pools, gardens etc. Large, light rooms, comfy bed, good shower.

The accommodation offered our own space but with the ability to access the 5 start facilities at a much lower cost than staying in the hotel. Whilst the prices for drinks, snacks etc were a bit expensive the location and facilities could not be faulted.

Beauty location, fantastic view from swimming pool and beach, second swimming pool with hot water, fitness, pretty gardens. And nice & helpful personnel.

Amazing location and facilities. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable apartment. Access to the hotel pool and spa was easy. We paid for breakfast at the hotel on the last morning and it was amazing. Plenty of choice for eating out in Bellagio itself with the ferry to link to other parts of Como adjacent to the hotel. Only advice - if you are going to use the kitchen for lots of meals, stop in a supermarket on the way. There are smaller shops within walking from the apartment, which is fine for cooking some meals.

Location was outstanding being close to the town and with outstanding views. In particular the balcony overlooking the lake for meals and relaxing was spectacular. The access to the facilities and facilities themselves eg pool and health club was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. We also loved the well maintained gardens. We would rate this accomodation 5 star 10/10
