Luisa's House is an excellent choice for those looking to stay near Lake Como without the high prices typically found in Bellagio. While it’s not located directly in Bellagio, the walk to the village is manageable, and San Giovanni offers a charming, quieter alternative to the busier towns around the lake. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were especially pleased that the sofa bed was made up upon our arrival, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen was well-equipped with enough crockery and utensils, allowing us to enjoy home-cooked meals using ingredients from the nearby supermarkets.

Location was quiet. Walking distance to town. Supermarket was so close and fully stocked. Pasticceria Sancassani was a highlight and a short walk away. Bike it Bellagio around the corner O we could hire e bikes

The apartment was nicely located. Everything was very clean. Rooms were spacious and nicely equipped. Great and helpful host! Additionally, a supermarket was within a near distance which is a big plus. It was a great choice to select this property for a stay in Bellagio!

Very spacious, with great views from every room. Great location , only about 10 mins to the lake at pescallo and 15 mins to the centre of bellagio. Bus stop and supermarket less than 5 minutes away. There was also a fantastic sporting bar within 5 mins with a lovely swimming pool you could use for a small cost. The host was extremely helpful and answered all the enquiries straight away.

Very spacious, bedrooms both have their own bathrooms and are on separate floors which gave a bit more privacy. Great location, 20 mins uphill from Bellagio waterfront with stunning views. Very clean and well kept with amenities including dishwasher, TV etc. Host was very friendly and kept in touch when needed.
