Fab location rooms as described lake view with an amazing VIEW . Need to buy own water for room and no coffee or tea in room easy to walk down to get some restaurant open 730 for breakfast

The location of the hotel was great - opposite the ferry port and great views of the lake. The staff (especially Giselle) were very helpful - helped with the ferry schedules and provided great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

The Hotel is situated right facing the lake como, it has an amazing view to the sunset, so take the rooms that are facing the lake.

Beautiful room, very spacious and comfy beds. The bathroom looked to be recently renovated. Reception was great and went out of their way to provide recommendations for restaurants and the like. Special thank you to the Aussie at reception. Would 100% return and recommend.

The most beautifully decorated & cared for comfortable hotel. The staff are terrific and the location couldn’t have been better! Our room with an amazing view & balcony exceeded our expectations.

Right in front of the lake and near all the restaurants and cafés. The experience is above a 3 star hotel. Nice staff, good food and very comfortable.

Outlook from the room across the lake was sensational and included the balcony. I couldn’t fault the service. They were exceptional.
