The view from our balcony and the balcony above us (which everyone can go to) was breathtaking. We watched the sunrise every morning and had our first coffee on that balcony. It's a half an hour walk from Bellagio city centre but it's totally worth it. They also offer free transport. Sabrina, the host, was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. She recommended a restaurant called Nando and we had an amazing dinner there. We would happily go back, it's 10/10

The host, Sabrina, was nothing short of amazing! She went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of (eve to the extent of picking us up and dropping us off at the bus stop and checking bus schedules for us). The room was very comfortable, with lots of thoughtful treats.

The view from the balcony of my room and the shared balcony on the top floor was amazing. The host, Sabrina was extremely nice, offered to drive everyone up and down from the hotel to the town centre. Even if you didn't want a lift, the walk from the hotel to the town centre was really pretty and only a 20-min walk. I was sick one evening and asked if I could sleep in the next morning when I was supposed to check out, and she accommodated it which I really appreciated. Thank you Sabrina!!

EVERYTHING!!! Location, amazing view, facilities, owners and staff, comfort, atmosphere, absolutely everything. In the arrival day the very friendly staff kept on taking care of us, checking when we arrive, assisting us every moment to get at the hotel safe. They even stayed after their schedule to wait for us (late in the evening), to come by car to pick up us in the bus station, to make sure we arrive and check in very well. Constant guidance and support received every day: recommendations, anything extra needed, they drove us by their shuttle car to the city center every time we needed, offered tips and tricks. Breakfast pastry vouchers included: best local, traditional pastry, typical italian, very very good and tasty! Very friendly staff, always smiling and ready to help.
