I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The spacious rooms offered a perfect blend of comfort and privacy, making it an ideal retreat. It’s quite isolated, allowing to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of nature. With high-standard facilities throughout, I felt pampered and well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. A Strong WiFi, and private car parking space. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the lake from the property. Waking up each morning to such a picturesque landscape was truly a delight. Sources

We’ve just got back from Cottage Rose and our stay was perfect. The hosts are lovely and responsive, the cottage was clean, open plan and extremely cosy and comfortable. The best part is the balcony/garden as the view is incredible. It was lovely to come back from a busy day and take in the views on the balcony and play games and enjoy a night cap. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had the best night sleep! The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need - including wasp spray which came in handy. The hosts also left prosecco, water and some staple foods for when you arrive which is lovely! The cottage is just a 5 min drive to Bellagio, which has great ferry access to the rest of Lake Como. There’s also a secret beach (photo below) just a 5 min drive down the hill where you can swim or eat at the snack bar - perfect for an after dinner swim at sunset.

Great location near Bellaggio with a wonderful, panoramic view. The apartment is new, clean, well maintained, convenient even for 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed. Even snacks, pasta, mineral water and coffee caps were available, really kind and mindful from our host. It is recommended to have a car (unless you would prefer to take relatively long and steep walks) as the house is uphill.

Cottage Rose was the most perfect stay ever!! The photos of this property do not do it justice, it has been renovated to a very high standard and everything that you could possibly need is available. The views from the living room, garden and area around the property are simply breathtaking; I don’t think there would be a property with a better vantage point than Cottage Rose. I brought my 3 of my daughters on holiday here, they are aged between 18 and 30. It was our first time in Italy and we loved every minute. We had relaxing mornings and evening at Cottage Rose; it was lovely to prepare a meal and then sit out on the patio and take in the view of the mountain and lake. Lucrezia the owner of the property was very welcoming and hospitable. They kept in touch with all the required details and answered queries promptly. They also had been very kind in leaving a welcome selection of foods, bread, pasta, sauce, condiments, a selection of breakfast items and even a bottle of wine. We had a large car that fit easily into the garage, it was best to drive in forwards and then reverse out. If you are fit and love walking then you would be able to walk into the town. However, I am happy that we had a car and it was very easy to drive around the town and park. There are supermarkets very close.

It is a lovely cottage with breathtaking views. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Coffees, teas, jams, toast, milk, and even Prosecco were provided! There is a Terrace with dining table with spectacular views and a lovely garden for sunbathing. Owners were super helpful.

Everything you could ask for a family holiday! Great property with a lovely yard to enjoy, especially with sunny weather! Uninterrupted views of the lake and super helpful and accommodating owners!
