Excellent A/C; clean, spacious suite; very helpful landlady/staff. Bear in mind it's a B&B, not full-facility hotel. However, breakfast (cooked to order) was simple but excellent. A bit out of town - most people are there en route to the islands - but nearby bar/restaurant (Smokee's) looking over the bay is good. People all friendly.

Room was great with a powerful shower in the bathroom. Jacuzzi was nice. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Good breakfast.

Due to a mistake in flight scheduling I was in Belize City for about 2 days longer than I needed. Villa Boscardi is a Bed and Breakfast 100 metres from the beach, rather than a hotel, but it has a pleasant plunge pool. Breakfast was prepared on an individual basis and very tasty. The owner lives on the property and was both courteous and helpful throughout, as were the employees. There is a nice bar/restaurant - Smokee's - on the beach nearby; but other than that I relied on taxis to fill my time. The room was delightful: clean, well-airconditioned and with a good bathroom.
