Staying at this wonderful place, managed by Ivan and his wife, was an unforgettable experience for us. Every detail was meticulously thought out; from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the stylish decor, everything made us feel right at home. The warm atmosphere truly stood out. Ivan and his wife were incredibly attentive, always quick to respond to our questions and ready to help with anything we needed. The location is fantastic, as it’s very close to the city center, making it easy to explore. After a day of sightseeing, we could return to a peaceful and relaxing environment. If you’re looking for a memorable stay, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended!

Ivan met me promptly in the front of the building as I arrived. Dessa & Ivan showed me up to the flat, how to operate the buzzer & the lift. I was disoriented at first as to the layout of Belgrade, however Ivan put me at ease, helped me obtain a local sim so I could use Google maps to get around in the area. He was very encouraging & my first time traveling entirely solo I was nervous at first, but as he showed me the city center is very simple to navigate. Serbia was extra hot & the room was awesome & AC cooled the room down instantly. I enjoyed being right downtown & I look forward to exploring the area more in-depth in the future. The hosts are friendly, welcoming & helpful, & genuinely caring about you feeling comfortable in their city. Room is simple, more than adequate for a solo traveler, shower nice & hot, plenty of towels, spotlessly clean, kitchen was a bonus. Very quiet neighborhood never heard any noise even in the apartment, it was very peaceful. Comfy bed, plenty of closet space, & a very good price. Thank you, guys, very much I am very impressed with Belgrade & how nice it was to get this kind of hospitality.

We really enjoyed staying in the room! The room and the bathroom were very clean and tidy. It had everything we wanted. The room provided towels and shampoo ,shower gel. The location is great! It has a supermarket close by and it is near the Republic square. Ivan was very helpful and he gave us a list with suggested places that we can visit. He was always replying to us very fast and helped us move around the city! It is amazing and totally worth it!

It's actually an apartment in the building. There are altogether three rooms in it. Two have private bathroom outside the bedroom and one have a bathroom inside. You have to walk through a public corridor to the bathroom. Ivan is really kind and helpful. He recommended me some good restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed the stay there.

Selection Rooms is located right at the center of the action in Belgrade, a couple blocks away from Republic Square. The accommodations were great and Ivan was a fantastic host, providing lots of great recommendations! He was very accommodating with our evening check-in as well. Highly recommend!

In April and May of 2024 I spent a few weeks in the Balkans. At most of the places where I stayed I had very little contact with the host of the places where I was staying. A few times, my contact was limited to phone calls and texts - one way for the owners to save money, I guess. The welcome I received at Selection Apartments was quite different. Ivan and Desa, who own the place, were there to greet me when I arrived. This is really valuable to an inexperienced traveler like myself; they helped me feel comfortable and secure in a strange place. I really appreciated, especially in this day and age, their personal touch. They were both very engaging and they treated me as they would a friend, checking in throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed, offering suggestions about places I might visit, showing me other places that might otherwise have been hard for me to get to. Selection Apartments has a great location at the center of Belgrade. It’s also quiet, on a street with little traffic. The room was very attractive, beautifully and comfortably furnished, the bathroom clean and bright. I really enjoyed meeting Ivan and Desa and I was very happy to spend a week at their Selection Apartment.
