Staff friendly and gave helpful advice including where to eat and withdraw cash without charge. Glass of wine and coffee were offered; nice touches; booking.com says the hostel has a bar, which I suppose it sort of does. A locker key was provided, which was appreciated since many places expect guests to provide their own padlock. Excellent playlist in the living area. An effort had been made with the room decor and that was appreciated.

The host is very nice and helpful. I arrived after midnight and had no issues with this. The location is also quite good (however, main bus station was relocated a week before, so it was a surprise to me).

I liked the feeling of this place. I didn't feel like i was in a hostel i felt like i came to a old friend's place and i would strongly recommend this place to anyone who is going to a hostel for the first time. Big thanks to Alex and his dog for making me feel at home.

Very comfortable hostel conveniently located at a walking distance from the river. Alex is a fantastic owner/receptionist, always available and ready to help you with whatever request you might have. IMPORTANT: Don't make my mistake and check the email you receive after booking your room. You'll find important info for the check in and how to reach the hostel

As a female solo traveller Alex made me feel so safe, and welcomed me like family. I am so fortunate for his friendship. I can only hope to return the gratitude to him and his beautiful dog Rocco some day in my country. 🇮🇪

First of all I have to say that owner, Alex is a wonderful person. He is very energetic, helpful and easy to communicate with. And that's the main energy of the hostel. The location of the hostel is very good. You can walk to Knez Mihaliova in 10 minutes. There is also a tram stop and a bus stop right in front of the hostel. There is a supermarket in the building two sides of the hostel. So it is a hostel surrounded by everything you might need. The hostel was extremely clean. I saw with my own eyes how Alex cleaned. As soon as you check out, he immediately takes your sheets and washes them. Trust in cleanliness is endless. In general, the facilities of the hostel are very good. Alex also gave me a book as a gift. I would also like to thank him for that. If I come here again, I will definitely stay here! 🤍
