Location, cleanliness, design, vibes , food and drinks ,heavenly beds and pillows, facilities in shopping as it is in a last floor very interesting shopping area

Staff is great. Very central location. The bar/restaurant area is also very nice. Overall great place to stay in Belgrade. I recommend getting a room with park view, they are very nice.

The property itself is very pleasant, with a calm atmosphere, a fantastic central location, and a wonderfully friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty, and I appreciated the small, yet sufficient, gym facilities. The city view from the property added to the charm, and in general, I felt satisfied with my stay.

Had a fantastic stay at Mama Shelter! The hotel has such a cool and vibrant atmosphere, and everything was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place was fun and welcoming. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

First of all The bed was incredibly comfortable. For location Mama is the best i think. They were really warmkinded.
