The breakfast was excellent! The bacon was especially delicious! I arrived at the hotel early, and the front desk kindly arranged for me to check in ahead of time since there were available rooms, for which I’m very grateful! The room is very quiet, and the only issue is that the mattress is a bit soft!

The location was the most critical positive points, cause of the ease to access city center and important points of interest. The staff at the front desk - Ana and Angelica were very helpful and accommodating. The Spa within the vicinity is also a good thing.

It is close to Knez Mihailova, Belgrade waterfront and everything walking distance. The people working there are very kind and helpful. Rooms very clean and neat. Private parking, and because it’s close to everything you dont need the car. Full recommendation ❤️

Pros: -Quite a large and spacious room -Very clean and pleasant atmosphere in the hotel -Rooms are very quiet as all of them have sound insulation -Room was warm and the bed was huge and comfy with very good and supportive pillows -Internet was extremely fast and covered the whole room without exception -Breakfast was excellent, eggs could be ordered a la carte -Location was quiet and quite close to the waterfront where the christmas market is located -The hotel has a BMW Wall Charger for EVs, which is free to use as long as you need it, which is a huge plus given how iffy Belgrade's EV infrastructure is -We had SPA and Massage included in the room fee, which was exceptional value for money
