The hotel is situated very well - near by the city center and with a lot of things to do around. The private parking is in place and is a very useful facility. The personnel were very polite, collaborative and competent. Regardless these deficiency, we will use the hotel again when we're in Belgrade, because it is a very good place to stay.

Very good location, nice layout of the room, good breakfast and it lasts until 11.00 am. We arrived earlier and they let us check in earlier and also check out later since they had availability.

The location is at the centers of Belgrade, which is quite handy for people traveling there.

Our room was very clean, well-maintained and quiet despite the hotel being located on a relatively busy street. All main Belgrade attractions were just a short and pleasant walk away. The staff were very friendly and kindly stored out bags before the check in.

Overall it was a pleasant enough stay. Personnel was mostly nice and helpful, designs are cute and refreshing. Room was not large, but comfortable, equipped with an electric kettle, mini-fridge, 2 glasses and 2 cups, some tea and instant coffee. no spoons though - that was weird. Water and tea supplies were replenished daily with the cleaning Bed had just 1 blanket but the administrator promptly supplied us with a second one. Breakfast was very good by european standards (not that good by mid-east/asian): a variety of cold cuts, 2-3 cheeses, eggs scrambled/sunny side up and mini hot dogs; apples, tomatoes/cucumbers and plenty of pastry and croissants. Yogurts and juices as usual. Location is not perfect, you have to walk 20 min to reach central streets, but it is sufficient -- 2 good coffee places within 4 min walk (and non-smoking too!), grocery store around the corner and other places to have lunch.

Friendly helpful staff. Good location. A short walk to the center of the city. Good restaurants nearby serving traditional Serbian food. Very comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. I have stayed here before and was happy to return

I loved staying at the Botanica. I felt welcomed by all the staff. The hotel has good facilities.It is extremely clean and comfortable The staff everywhere were very helpful when I needed advice on transport, and places to visit The breakfast is great with lots of good healthy choices. Good restaurants nearby with some delicious local food I have extended my stay in Belgrade for another week because the hotel was also so suitably located (1/2 hr walk to Rebublick Square. And I do intend to stay agin when I return to Belgrade
