Firstly, the staff were very good, with efficient check in and out. They ordered me a taxi when I was leaving, and kept me updated on its progress. The room was comfortable and clean, even if there was a bit of exposed plasterboard in the bathroom (which was otherwise very nice). I would rate the breakfast buffet as good but not excellent. The best thing is that they make the coffee barista-style, rather than an automatic machine like many hotels - the cappuccino was excellent. I only ate in the rooftop restaurant once, the food was very good, albeit with the large portion sizes common in Serbia.

Good and quiet location a nice walk away from the busy centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. We ate twice in the roof restaurant which is a popular and very nice place. The waiters were great!

Size of the room, comfort and cleanliness was superb. Food in the restaurant was excellent and well prepared. Communication was on very high level. I would recommend rooftop bar with amazing view and amazing food.

The staff of the hotel, especially Yelena and Drago - thank you again! - were so gentle and helpful by providing us a medical assistance we needed on the spot. And all with the smile! The room was very comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was also very good, with very helpful and nice staff too, giving very good advice for the local wine! (among others). The breakfast was also very good and with a big variety of food.

Everything was wonderful! The breakfasts were delicious, and I appreciated the tuna as I can't eat eggs and find fatty meats too heavy for breakfast. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and well-equipped. The reception staff were particularly helpful, giving us advice on how to reach the nearby city we planned to visit (Novi Sad), recommending the quickest way and an app with the train schedule. Our experience was entirely positive!

For this price the hotel is outstanding! Great rooms with comfortable beds, the breakfast is delicious. If you book in advance you could use the parking. The hotel is relatively near to the city center both by public transport or by foot. All of the staff members are very polite and ready to help.

My room was comfortable, and the staff was helpful - kind. The meals for room service were excellent.
