From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out, every request we had was fully satisfied. The staff was incredibly pleasant, professional, and always eager to help, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. I want to give a huge shoutout to the front office and especially to housekeeping team. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything felt fresh and well-cared for throughout my stay. On top of that, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking—truly a highlight of our stay. The breakfast was also fantastic, with everything you could possibly need. There was a wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious. I am vegetarian and I had so many options to choose. Restaurant is located on top level with one of the best views in Belgrade. Spa was impeccably clean as well and the pool water was at the perfect temperature. Sauna is comfortable -though I wouldn’t mind a slightly higher temperature for a deeper effect. One suggestion for the steam room would be to add herbal infusions, such as eucalyptus, mint, lavender, rosemary, or chamomile, or some natural herbal sachets. Overall experience 10/10 and would definitely come back

We specifically booked a hotel with a spa, but upon our arrival, we were informed that the spa is closed for cleaning for an entire week. Had we been notified in advance, we would have had the opportunity to choose a different hotel. This experience has been very disappointing. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly

Clean, warm, comfortable tv had good channel selection good location bus stops right outside with links to get to almost anywhere in Belgrade. Buses are now free by the way which is amazing. Staff were nice,

The hotel is located near bus stops, and while it’s not in the very center, the location can still be considered good. The breakfast was nice, with sufficient options. There were no issues with the cleanliness of the rooms. The reception was very good and helpful. The rooms were pleasant.
