Everything! was really really lovely place with a good vibes. I statyed for two nights and Bob solved all my doubts. Was cleaned, confortable and the people were respectfull.

It's a bit run down and not hotel level clean, but it's good value and comfortable enough. Some of the lockers didn't work, and the blankets were old and stained but clean.

The staff was warm and welcoming. Was expecting some level of discrimination like I've experienced since living in the UK and going to other places, but I didn't. They even assisted after I checked out and needed help due to transport timing changes.

Amazing place, would love to go back there sometime. The people there were amazing, the facilities there were great and just getting the chance to know people from all over the world was magnificent. Absolutely superb, hope to visit again soon.

Lovely staff, nice communal space and had good fun with the people I met there. Location is pretty good, only a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre, lots of pubs and food spots nearby and very close to Queens university
