The self check in worked well and the accommodation was clean and bed was comfortable. The area is nice and there are good pubs and bars and the botanic gardens a short walk away. Access to a kitchen was very helpful and the breakfast is simple as described but was helpful to have it provided.

The room was nicely decorated, clean and large. The location was good with plenty to do and see close by , it was also close to restaurants and bars. It’s self check in and also help yourself breakfast, but that suited us. I would stay again

Absolutely fantastic, not one fault .... exceeded our expectations. spotless, quiet area 10 min walk from centre, executive room was massive,netflix on TV bathroom immaculate,decor was superb,free breakfast (self service) was all quality ingredients in a spotless kitchen...bread,bagels, spread, cereal juice fresh eggs to make yourself .

Central, easily found and accessed with code so no need to meet anyone for keys etc. such a great place for us- a few couples stayed in belfast and this place was perfect as it accommodated us all

The room was beautiful. I communicated via text messages and was promptly responded to all my queries. I never actually saw staff so could not really comment on staff.
