Thin partition walls = you can hear the neighbours very clearly! ± my room was street facing and there was quite a bit of noise from the local cafes and bars in the evening.

Great vibe, self check in was seamless and easy, go at the correct check in time if you want to check in earlier I would contact the hotel first. Botanic station and bus stops nearby give you great access to the rest of Belfast, clean and comfortable room

Centrally located, some nice bars and restaurants close by. Bar downstairs was good, lively and I heard from one of our group that the breakfast was good. We had a quadruple room, it was clean and very spacious.

Check-in was easy. Free drink on arrival in the fridge. Lovely touch. Rooms clean. Bed was comfortable. Great location. The best staff they were so friendly and helpful in the bar and on the phone at reception.

The room was large and comfy. While it is a staffless hotel, they were responsive on booking.com messages. A nice touch was providing a free beer per person after checking in.
