Location very central. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We had a small issue trying to get the heating to work, but we email the hosts and they got back to us immediately and all was sorted. This was over the Christmas period, so I was impressed they were so readily available. Thank you

Excellent location, in a residential area, we walked everywhere and could return for lunch and to drop off shopping. Tesco's is across the road which meant that we could food shop each day , free cashpoint outside. Locals very friendly and welcoming I felt safe. We had everything we needed, we could cook each day, and the spare toiletries were appreciated when our luggage was delayed. The drying rail and washing machine was very helpful to dry clothes when we got soaked in the rain. Pubs and restaurants nearby if preferred.

Clean and well provided for - tea, coffee, milk, washing up liquid as well as a decent range of pans and utensils in the kitchen. TV with various streaming services offered the chance to watch a movie. Good to have bath sheet sized towels. Prompt and customer focused responses to the few questions raised. Good WiFi. It’s got all that you need although to a basic standard. Some areas are looking a bit tired, the bathroom especially, the loo wobbles and there’s a patchwork of seals. Basic furniture but comfortable enough with more than enough places to sit. Has a smaller sized double bed. Good location as near to shops for the essentials, bars and restaurants. Ten minute walk to city hall. Comprehensive guide available in the property. Salisbury Street itself is a bit scruffy.

The flat was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed for our few days stay. Tony was very friendly and communicative.
