location was perfect. approx. 20 min walk from belfast city centre. i was there for a US visa appointment and it was less than a 10 min bus ride to the US consulate too. great value for money. friendly staff. didn’t use any facilities besides the bedroom and bathroom but both were clean.

For the price of the location, i was impressed. Surprisingly comfortable beds, all kitchen ware & supplies were given. the host was very accommodating, and a very polite person.

The kitchen and the TV room [where you could find lockers] were fine. The staff was helpful. The place was kept clean, and kudos to the cleaning staff in view of the behaviour of some of the guests, and of the poor state of [some of ] the building. The location was good, the price very affordable.
