We liked the location, the room and breakfast most of all. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a really nice boutique hotel in a good location with friendly staff and a great breakfast. It got a lot of things right.

Handy for the Mandela Hall. 20 mins walk to the centre. Car parking is a problem. Feels unsafe late at night near the hotel. Staff are friendly. I’ve gone a few times in recent years and it seems to have downhill a bit

Check in staff were lovely and helpful. Proximity to city and on street parking. Decor and rooms lovely and clean and a great big comfortable bed.

The property is in a great location right in the heart of the city with loads of good restaurants and places to see around it. The boutique feel of the property was also fun too.

Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is just 15 minutes walking from Grand Central Station. The room was super quiet. All we needed.

Lovely comfy bed and well appointed facilities. The coffee machine was a much appreciated touch. The bar was a very pleasant place for a nightcap before bed. The location worked well for me - train link to the airport just minutes away, and a nice short walk into the city centre.

I found the staff very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation is decorated beautifully and quirky .The room was really nice very comfortable bed..And the breakfast was delicious..

We attended a concert in the Empire ,so the location of this hotel is excellent. We ate in the Town House Restaurant across the road from the venue and a few strides from the hotel. This will be the norm for us now ,when we attend further gigs at the Empire.
