I stay here at least a couple of times a year. The staff are always friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast choice is great, my daughter is vegetarian and there was plenty to choose from. She asked for vegetarian sausage as there wasn't any on the hot plate, and they had them cooked straight away for her.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower is special, with different ways to enjoy and relax. The location of the hotel is ideal for getting to important sites such as Belfast City Hall and the Belfast Opera House, without being close to the hustle and bustle.

I never thought Holiday Inn would be such a pleasant surprise. The people and facilities are wonderful. A Thai receptionist responded to our queries and even upgraded us to the IHG floor. The bar staff are impressive. Imagine a Starbucks and a bar in one hotel lobby – such a creative and innovative approach!

Excellent staff, when we arrived they'd accidentally given us the wrong room, but the reception staff sorted this out and even gave us drink vouchers to apologise for the delay. Our executive room was comfy and clean, with a good city view and a large bathroom.

All of the staff were excellent from the hotel staff checking me in to the restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional! The hotel is very central to everything, tours and public transport are all within 5-10 mins walking distance. Locations like Titanic and Crumlin Road Gaol are a short uber/taxi journey
