Compared to some of the other reviews, we have nothing to complain about the room provided. The apartment was spacious and clean, the check-in was easy (the deposit via bank transfer was known before, also deposit was transferred back 3 days after check-out) We had some difficulties getting the hot water running but this was more a us not understanding how it works properly than a error by the renters. If we plan to visit another event at SSE arena we would book here again

Receptionist very nice and had keys to hand. We were early so used the bag drop off facility. The apartment had a washing machine, ironing board, etc and plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable, but would benefit from additional pillows. I suppose we could've asked reception for more, but didn’t bother. Proximity to the city centre was great, only a five minute walk to the Town Hall where you could access shops, bars, etc. easily.

The flat was spotless, large and comfortable. Very well located, just a short walk to almost everywhere in Belfast, with a nice river view. I happened to be on my own but it can easily fit 2 couples or a family of 4. Didn’t use the kitchen but seemed well equipped. Rutvik, the receptionist, was extremely helpful in sorting out a special request. Thanks again!

Ideal location, 10 minutes walk away from city centre, 15 minutes drive from George Best City Airport, clean, fresh and clean bedding and towels.
