Bedroom and ensuite bathroom were spotlessly clean Self check-in process was extremely straightforward and hassle-free Nicky, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful when I'd called her earlier about an issue with my credit card (which was down to a Booking.com system error and nothing to do with the property), and also when she texted me later with the self check-in information Even though the location is not central, there is a bus stop located immediately outside the property, with a fairly frequent bus service to/from the city centre There was a fridge (complete with complimentary bottled water!) in the bedroom, which I found extremely handy (there was also a kettle too) Toiletries were provided Bed was extremely comfortable Clear information about Wifi was provided, along with 2 telephone numbers to contact the host(s) on

Room clean and comfortable but no soundproof. Woken at 6 am to hear someone in next door room using the toilet, loud enough to think they were in our room 😑. Also about to hear them coughing.

West Belfast 3 mins drive to city centre with a nice pub across the road. Easy access with some parking, nice management with strict rules.

Clean, simple eye-catching decor, comfy bed. Kettle, fridge, small shop over the road for milk/breakfast cereal. Bus stop outside front door, easy early morning walk to City Centre.

This is a small boutique hotel, very well presented and exceptionally clean and tidy. It’s a well-preserved piece of Belfast’s built heritage from which one can walk to the city centre or to the Cave Hill. The manager is attentive.

Good location, bus stop outside, alternatively 20-25 minute walk into the city. I took a single room, it was compact and had nice high ceilings and modern boutique feel. My room faced the road and no problem at all with noise. The staff were helpful and friendly.
