I honestly cannot speak highly enough of my experience at The Balmoral Hotel. Greeted by such friendly reception staff. Arriving in my room to find a lovely message and treat for my 50th birthday...so kind and thoughtful. The room was very, very clean. New shower room. Lovely toiletries. Very quiet. We ate in the restaurant .... there was the of us and we genuinely each thought it was the BEST food we had ever tasted!! Lovely surroundings. The bar next door looked really nice too... and we also had a peep at the outdoor beer garden.... wasn't open but looks great! Beds really comfy...quality sheets & pillows. BREAKFAST...WAOW!! I'd read the reviews....it really was that good! Danish pastries, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, plus a cooked breakfast selection. Just ALL wonderful from start to finish. Thank you team Balmoral 🥳👏

I have been at the Balmoral many times and I have always had a great experience. The staff can’t do enough & there was a lovely touch in our room upon arrival of chocolate cake and cream with welcome written on it. We were attending an event & we had an evening meal which was beautiful, the staff were so lovely, attentive and genuine. The beds are so comfortable and we had a beautiful breakfast, there was a great selection of freshly prepared food and fruits, cereals and French pastries. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to seeing everyone again. Special thanks to Sophie on reception, she was so helpful, friendly and provided us with a lovely warm welcome.

Great location, easy access from the motorway. Quality of food was exceptional. Staff were super friendly and engaging. Extremely good value for money. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
