There is lots to like about this hotel. The level of cleanliness and hygiene is excellent - our room was spotless every day, the hotel communal areas were all squeaky clean and the swimming pools were of excellent cleanliness quality. I suffer really easily from ear infections and often have issues with hotel pools but not here. The water was visibly checked often and maintenance was of a very high standard. The food offerings are varied and about as good as you could possibly expect for a place trying to feed over a thousand people all day. Lunch and dinner presented lots of options from the main restaurant, a smaller poolside restaurant and a beach snack bar. The entertainment and sports team were also excellent. Daily activities were fun to join in with or watch and there was no shortage of enthusiasm from the team. The usual offerings were all present from darts and water polo to aqua fitness and yoga. The evening shows (especially those of the Limak Show Group) were genuinely excellent, particular highlights being the Greatest Showman and the Michael Jackson show. Pool space was easy to come by. Premium spots still require an alarm in the morning to go and place towels but even if you had a lie in, there were still plenty of sunbeds available around the many pools. Staff overall were excellent, attentive, polite and helpful (with a couple of exceptions - see later section.) The beach was lovely, again lots of sunbeds, decent water quality and a variety of watersports and activities on offer if you wish to partake.

Everything was perfect , starting from food, room , kids club and entertainment group. I highly recommend as a resort especially if you have kids.

It's a beautiful hotel with amazing facilities, staff is very good and plenty of choices on food, highly recommend. Special mention to Ramazan and Alibon reception and the daily omelette Chef, went out of the way to make our stay extra special.

It is a good hotel but I feel the hotel is more for German people, even you will notice that clear they (staff from entertainment) behaved differently when you were not German I find it not really nice

We fully enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Ramazan, who is caring about Booking’s guests. Many pools and very clean, resort is very well maintained. Good restaurant with various food options. Highly recommended. Don’t miss the Greatest Show - it’s impressive absolutely!
