This was our third stay this year, and once again, it was absolutely amazing. Everything at Kempinski is exceptional, from the high-quality food and drinks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality and will definitely be back.

The staff service throughout the hotel was excellent and cannot be faulted. Every single staff member ensured that we have an amazing experience. The food throughout the hotel is high quality and you are spoilt for choice. We had the all-inclusive package which was great. We ate at Sofra on one night and it was a fantastic experience and food was high caliber. There is no shortage of food, snacks and drinks at various restaurants and lounges throughout the hotel. Live music in the evenings at the lounge was quite festive and made for nice after dinner entertainment. The rain did not hamper our enjoyment.

A[[ the tasty meals and desserts including chicken , fish , lamb , vegetables .I do not eat beef and pork and my wife is vegetarian ..The view from the bedroom . The heated pool and gym facilities ..The high tea was a winner .Close to Land of the Legends Mall and adventure rides .

The hotel offered us a very good service and we had a relaxing quiet peaceful holiday. I particularly liked the absence of animation and loud music at the beach and during evenings (although neighboring hotels produced a lot of wild noise but closing the window was removing this issue). Not having a WhatsApp group with customer relations was also nice, nobody was annoying us with their artificial care aimed at maintaining hotel ratings high. The room was spacious while the size of the hotel was very human and cosy. Beach beds were very comfortable. The food was great. The hotel guests are very decent and the atmosphere is therefore very nice.

Service by Ahmet Yildirim during the lunch and dinner first class. I like that the hotel is not so big avoided the overcrowding.

Beautiful hotel - especially with the pool and beach area which were well maintained. Really comfy loungers and lots of shade available. The staff were brilliant, by the third day the lovely waitress by the pool area was bringing us our drinks orders at the time of day we’d been having them! There was even a late night food menu available when we arrived at the hotel at 11pm. Rooms were really clean and spacious with a great bed. Every night the sunset was stunning.

Our stay at the Kempinski Hotel The Dome in Belek was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. Rooms and Amenities: The villa was spacious for the two of us, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all modern conveniences. the marble bathroom was a touch of pure luxury. Cleaning was 10 out of 10. We had Whatsapp group chat with Management team that was 24/7 there for us. We cannot be greatfull enough to the Manager Tufan and his team (Ali and Kadir). Very clean and well maintained sandy beach with snow-white sunbed covers (things to be envious about for passing by holiday makers from next door hotels). Wooden decking on the beach was brushed several times a day. Outdoor swimming pool was spotless with crystal clean water (staff was brushing the area few times a day). Swimming pool bar was excellent. Dining: The dining experience is exceptional: the buffet was always with very good variety of food. Good choice of good quality alcohol drinks (both local and foreign), fresh juices, etc. Restaurant waiters were very well trained and always were there to help you even with a little things. A big thank you to Sofra restaurant Chef Mehmet — he was just amazing. Service: The staff are attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Thanks to reception team and buggies drivers that made our stay so pleasant ! The hotel has a good loyalty program that makes us thinking to return here again and again ! Why not ? Entertainment: Every night it was a pleasant piano music in main restaurant. Night music at the beach bar to our taste was a bit boring (needs more ‘energy’), especially DJ music, but you always can find a good background music in the bar upstairs. Overall: Kempinski Hotel The Dome in Belek is a perfect place for a luxurious holidays. We highly recommend the hotel and can’t wait to return!
