What i liked the most about the hotel was the friendly staff. They were always attentive and helpful. The food was good in general. We stayed at palazzo suite and the view from our room was amazing. We really enjoyed staying and had a lot of fun at this hotel.

The luxury lagoon suite was exactly as described very spacious. The cleaners did an excellent job.

I don’t know where to start, everything was perfect and beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. I want to mention 2 people of staff HALIL and ECE which left me speechless by how caring and kind they were to me and my wife. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I can not thank you enough for everything and can’t wait to come again next year 🙏I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left.

Crazy amount of exceptionally good food, which is available during the whole day. Amazing service everywhere, for example there are waiters on the beach that bring you cocktails. Most luxury experience ever.

Helpful staff (Mesut and Veronika are the best), amazing location, varied food, multiple restaurants (definitely recommend lagoon suites with a private lagoon restaurant). We’ve been to this hotel twice already - never disappoints.

Both Halil and Önder were amazing The food and staff were first class and a lagoon was just out to the world but most important Halil was amazing

Mesut and Veronika are the best guest experience workers! Always helpful and happy to assist with any question. The Lagoon and Lounge restaurants gave a perfect impression. Such a great experience overall.
