Please note the cottages have oil-fueled central heating, a wood-burning stove (wood is provided) and solar water-heating panels. Electricity and oil use will be measured by a meter and a separate charge will be payable. Meters are read at the beginning and end of the stay.Bed linen is provided but not personal towels. Towels are not available for hire.Please note the time of arrival is 16.00 for a week-long stay and weekend stay.Departure time is 10:00 for a week-long stay and weekend stay.A wood-fired hot tub and sauna is available for booking. As this is very popular, it's recommended to check availability in advance.Please note outdoor activities must be booked in advance, and are weather dependent. Booking of self-catering cottage does not guarantee booking of activities, which need to be confirmed with the property after booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. I loved that the cottage was in beautiful Fermanagh countryside, the lake was so close you could have a swim and then 2 minutes later be back for a shower. The electric bikes were super, we were tired at the end of our cycle and using power up those last long hills made all the difference! Then within a minute of finishing our cycle we could relax at the cottage. No long drive home!

We loved the setting of this property. It was set in a stunning location and it was comfortable. The highlight was seeing deer close to the property on our final morning. Our kids loved that. Our five year old (who has additional needs) was so disappointed to be going home.

Absolutely beautiful location, right on the lake surrounded by trees and nature...all you can hear are the bees buzzing...so peaceful. We had a lovely morning kayaking on the lake and a blissful afternoon in the hottub. It was idyllic. The surrounding area is lovely, nearby Belcoo is a nice little village with a playground for the kids. We spent a week and explored the area, Enniskillen is 20 mins away, a lovely walk at nearby Cladagh Glen and we spent a day on the beach at Bundoran also which is half an hour away. The house had everything we needed and was really a home from home... we had a lovely week away in beautiful Fermanagh :)
